Property is in a great location. A block from the lake and minutes from shopping area.
Breakfast buffet was good, and the staff and service was excellent.
This is an excellent facility. Great customer service. Very convenient and safe. Delicious meals! If I am back in Pokhara, you know I am completely hooked!

The hotel is a little dated but the location is excellent as it is close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The best thing about the hotel is the warm and friendly staff. Special shout out to Manu, Nischal and Sujata at the front desk who were super helpful with all my needs like changing to a higher floor room, recharging my SIM card, arranging for airport transfer, etc. They served with excellence and professionalism. I would definitely return to Hotel Sarowar because of their exceptional service which is 5 star!
Great stay, loved the hotel staff and rooms. It’s just that pool water was freezing cold and steam room was not operational; besides that staff were very friendly and breakfast was excellent (costs 1000 NPR per person). Location is close to Pewa lake and major shopping district.

This is a new hotel but from the interior it looks like 5 years old or something. Breakfast choice is repeatitive daily and non-eventful. Laundry price is excessive like at least 3 times of other similar grade hotels i stayed in Nepal. The good sides are proximity to shopping and dining, as well as a stable wifi.

Extremely over priced considering that it is a pretty standard hotel. Quite surprised that there was no hot water in the shower. Ok but not exceptional breakfast. Nice reception by staff. None of the positive points justify the high room rate.
