Charming and reminiscent of a Japanese Tea House, this 'cottage-like' home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests (with the option to add up to 2 additional children upon application). The rear entertaining deck provides the ideal setting for an afternoon barbecue, or simply unwinding while enjoying peaceful views of the golf course and surrounding bushland.

The property also boasts a fully fenced yard, making it a great choice for dog lovers (pets welcome on application).
