"When I arrived, the staff could not find my booking. After being there for over an hour, they eventually allowed me to have an inferior room to what I booked. I had to get quite blunt with them and speak to superiors over the phone. It's a good thing I speak Portuguese. They claimed that they don't use Expedia and that someone is posing as them. "spacious room, sofa low and uncomfortable. the check staff below average. told me that my booking was in July why am I turning up in September. the staff who accompanied me to the rook decided i dont know how to use card to open do or switch on power in the process of wanting to help me grabbed the card from me in an aggressive way, just need a bit of training."
