"Cozy hotel near the ski resort, met all our needs for the trip. Had a nice breakfast buffet in the upper level with a nice view outwards through big windows. But the best part of the stay was meeting the owner’s adopted stray dog that is the cutest/chubbiest dog ever that hangs out outside and greets the guests. "

"The hotel was adorable. There was no one at check in and easy to get in with your own door codes. The hotel was adorable with super comfy beds in a very small town in the country. It is 40 minute drive to Wroclaw. My kids were not too happy there there is no wifi at the hotel (or wifi info could not be found anywhere). "

"The heat did not work and it was not at all as described on the internet in the pictures. Also, the parking was horrible and no info regarding checking in or discharge. No one spoke English like they said there would be someone to communicate with. Staying in downtyZakopane next visit!"

"I was booked this hotel by Hotels.com but when arrived it was closed. So I needed to find another hotel. And now I can't receive refund as compensation with Hotels.com is complicate. They promise that it takes 2-3 working days, but after two months still nothing. "
