"Great house, in a quiet location within walking distance of the beach. The house was spotless, annd very well equipped, with lots of towels for the pool. Evn on hot days the house stayed cool, the electric shutters keeping out the heat very well.The pool is perfect after a days sight seeing and the perfect temperature for when it is 30C and big enough for a family.There is an amazing bakery over the road which has a very good selection of cakes, bread and ready made snacks, as well as local cider.Overall a really great place to spend time and unwind!"

"Avec ma fille nous sommes ravies de notre séjour chez Mme Lancien. L'accueil a été chaleureux et sympathique. Le logement est très bien placé pour aller à la plage à pieds, faire de belles balades au port de plaisance et autres petites randonnées sur le GR 34. Il est de plus dans un environnement calme. La Forêt-Fouesnant, nous y reviendrons.(caresses à ABI)."

"Hallo zusammen, das Apartment ist klein, aber sehr schön und der Blick ist atemberaubend. Der Pool vor dem Balkon kann nur von 10-19 Uhr benutzt werden, sodass man in Ruhe Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen kann. Tolle Gegend zum Wandern oder einfach nur am Strand liegen. Parkplatz ist eng, aber gleich um die Ecke. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich eingerichtet, aber zweckmäßig. Toilette und Bad sind getrennt und die Betten sind eher zu hart als zu weich! Insgesamt kann man dort einen schönen Urlaub verbringen ."

"Exactly as described and excellent in all ways.Spacious, direct access to the beach and great spec inside.Host was exactly on time for everything. The host was meticulous with his instructions when walking around the property with him. We are definitely looking to book again!There’s not many restaurants in Cap Coz but also we decided to eat in mainly as the view and facilities were so good we didn’t feel like going out!"
