Comfortable apartment with modern furnishings and attention to detail, located a few steps from the famous Lama Monachile beach in Polignano a Mare.

The apartment is on the mezzanine floor and the entrance opens onto the bright living area with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and an open-plan kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and an espresso coffee machine. From here there is access to the small terrace furnished with a dining table. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed, a TV and large closets. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating will be available in the accommodation.

Polignano's most famous beach, Lama Monachile, is a symbol of the city and can be reached via a road that was once the bed of a stream. Every year, the beach hosts the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Competition.
Street food lovers cannot miss the delicious fish sandwiches, which are fish hamburgers spiced up with seasonal and local ingredients.
For those who want to give themselves a luxury dinner, hidden in Polignano sea caves there is a high-level restaurant, Ristorante Grotta Palazzese, entirely carved in the rock and visible only from the sea.
Nearby, do not miss Alberobello with its famous “trulli” and the medieval village of Conversano.

Stay Away!

Access to property is non existent. Especially at night. No signage. Except for garbage. Long tight uphill road. Construction going on across. Parking your car is rather impossible in the garage even if you have a small vehicle. Bathroom shower is rather pathetic. Wooden plank on shower floor to hide the damaged cement floor. Shower doors do not close properly. Plastic trim around shower doors to keep water in, all damaged. Dirty and scummy around kitchen sink lip. Was told it was the silicone...not true! Only 4 bath towels available, was told this is normal. You must wash towels every day! They do not assume responsibilty. Not worth it! Unfortunately can not download pics to show what i described. Go elsewhere.

Das Appartement war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Leider wurde das Appartement mit freien Blick auf das Meer inseriert, dort steht jetzt leider ein Rohbau, sodass es nur noch einen kleinen seitlichen Blick auf das Meer gibt. Die Wohnung zu finden war sehr schwierig, da es keine Straße war die zu dieser Wohnung führte, sondern ein enger Weg und auf diesen Weg mit dem Auto zu fahren( notwendig da hinter der Wohnung die Tiefgarage war) war schon eine grosse Herausforderung und Maßarbeit. Aber im großen und ganzem haben wir uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt es war alles vorhanden was benötigt wurde
