The house was ready and clean, and Charlton was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had during our stay. If we come back to the area, I would definitely stay again."

"The house was nice! It is an older house that has been remodeled. Obviously, like with any older house, there were some small issues but Steven took care of them immediately. Don't expect anything fancy, but for the price, it was great! The game room downstairs was awesome to keep kids entertained! We would definitely stay there again."

"Everything was great in this quiet neighborhood. The house was cozy and very welcoming. Loved that there was plenty of towels and all the bath toiletries provided was a plus. There was coffee/hot chocolate pods provided which was nice plus since they are not always offered. The deck area with table and chairs was really nice(although the deck could have used a little tidying up)."

"Great location and price for 3 BR downtown area. Straight forward check in and check out. Comfortable beds. Poorer neighborhood (but poor doesn't mean dangerous). House remodeled. As pictured - small house but what we needed. (Note the oven is a small apartment oven not full size). Would definitely stay again."

"This was the perfect place for our family and friends to stay for state wrestling in Des Moines! The basement is huge and we loved the ping pong table, huge sectional couch and pull out couch bed. Plenty of bathrooms with everything needed and we used the kitchen to cook two meals everyday. Nice living room and the dining room table was our hangout spot for cards and laughing! Will definitely book again."

"As a family of 5, we don’t typically fit in the average hotel room. This house had plenty of space so we weren’t on top of each other. We were just passing through on a 2 day road trip. The beds were super comfy and location was great. Not too far from the interstate and right down the road from the airport (if you were flying)."
