Beautiful Home in Town Acreage

Beautiful mid century modern home on an in town acreage. Close to everything with natural setting. Dramatic vaulted ceilings and large windows to the pretty vista. All the amenities of home: Two massive bedrooms and one normal sized bedroom, three baths. Full kitchen with double oven, high end fridge, dishwasher and wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, a coffee maker, a toaster, plates, bowls, knives, glasses, pans, and more to ensure you have all you need to feel at home. Rest well on comfortable mattresses and enjoy the smart TV's. Plus, you’ll have access to amenities like the free laundry and outdoor seating on the deck overlooking the large yard. The entire house is included in this rental. Ample parking on the paved circle drive. Make yourself at home in this in town private acreage! Prairie Meadows/Adventureland 3 minutes away.

House Rules:

★No Parties or Events ‣ Neighborhood-enforced quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.

★No Smoking or Drugs ‣ Smoking on the property, of any kind will result in a $150.00 fine.

★Pet Rules ‣ No cats ‣ Dogs under 50 lbs ‣ Dogs must be house-trained ‣ Maximum of 1 dog.

★ No mail delivery ‣ Mail or package delivery to the unit is not available. ‣ We cannot be held liable for personal mail. ‣ We recommend getting a personal mailbox at the nearest UPS or Postal Annex for mail delivery.

★No unstated guests ‣ Any additional guests not stated in the reservation will incur an extra fee of $20/per night, per extra guest. ‣Visitors must vacate the property by 12 AM each night. The request will be sent through the Airbnb resolution center.

★Check-in and Check-out ‣ Standard Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8pm ‣ Standard Check-out time is 10:00 am or earlier.

★Late Check-out available on request with 48 hr notice, subject to availability, fees below ‣ 11:00 am checkout for a $25 fee or 12:00 pm checkout for a $50 fee.

★Early Check-in Available, ‣48 Hrs notice ‣subject to availability, fees below ‣ 2:00 pm check-in for a $25 fee or 1:00 pm check-in for a $50 fee. Early check-ins do need to be confirmed and paid for in advance.

The setting of this property is special. You feel like you are in the country. The gathering spaces are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen in huge. Three bathrooms are a plus for larger groups. We enjoyed our three night stay.

This is the 3rd time we've stayed at this house and absolutely love the home and the quiet location!! Best kitchen ever! The beds are super comfy and the home is clean. All of the huge windows are a plus for watching all of the deer! Steve the host has been great and so accommodating. Great place to stay!!!

This was a repeat stay at this beautiful home! We stayed here last year and loved it so we booked it again for this year. We will definitely be staying here again. The house is located in a nice, quiet, and safe neighborhood and you feel like you are out of city limits. There is so much room for you and your family to spread out and have some privacy! And the endless windows allowed for a great view!The host is so nice and his communication was top notch! He was always available with any questions or inquiries. We would highly recommend this host and this property for your vacation accommodations! Thank you.

National Senior games stay

Charming older property with a great view. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of off street parking for our 3 vehicles. Steve was exceptionally great to work with. During the first day of our stay one of the 2 AC units went out (during the hottest, most humid days) and he was immediately responsive and had a new unit installed by the next day, updating us on the progress the entire time. The home had a large kitchen with lots of counter space for our meal prep. Both the kitchen table and the dining area had ample space for the 6 of us to sit, eat and play games. The check in process and access to the property was simple and Steve even walked me through an issue with my account. The property is close to all the things one would need such as Walmart, Target and Hyvee and plenty of dining options.

Great place to enjoy country style living

We had a large group that traveled into the area for a car show and we decided to rent a house rather than a hotel and we couldn’t have been more happy with what we got with this property.Great communication with our host and it was exactly what we were looking for, looking forward to staying here again

Great family stay!

This house is in a quiet location very close to Adventure Land and Walmart. The space was perfect for our 4 teens to spread out and do their own things. There’s a nice yard and patio space as well. We highly recommend this house for large family stays!

Family in town for the weekend.

I needed extra space to host a couple of relatives coming into town for a visit. The house is on a spacious piece of property with plenty of parking. Peaceful and quiet while close to everything. It’s perfect for a weekend retreat. Large kitchen and dining area ideal for meals and games.

Long time friends

Myself, with my 2 longtime best friends, stayed 3 nights at the home, from the 13th to the 16th. We visited the Fair, enjoyed some shopping and a lot of time together. The house is welcoming, the reservation process and communication with the owner were hassle-free and prompt. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable. The location was easily accessible and very quiet. I would recommend staying here, 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms offer a great deal of privacy and space.

Great stay!!

The property was just as expected or a little more spacious in fact. Had all of the items that we needed and very clean. We were in town for the National Finals Rodeo at the Fairgrounds and was an easy commute.

Girls Trip

It was a family “girls weekend “. We all had a fabulous time. It was an extremely hot and humid weekend and the house stayed nice and cool. Steve’s house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed watching all the wildlife meandering through the backyard.

Awesome get away for the Iowa Deer Classic

Very nice place was great for the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms each couple had their own bathroom which made it great. Nice private place.

Wonderful property and manager

We met up for an early thanksgiving with 4 young children. This property was perfect. Spacious and clean, in a beautiful neighborhood. The property manager was responsive but not invasive. Highly recommend.
