About this property

Charming Townhouse with sunny private pool and terrace in the old town

  • The house is divided in two floors. Upstairs there is the terrace with private pool, outside table and sunbeds. Entering the house there is the living-room, the new kitchen (owen, microwave, washing machine, glass-ceramic hob, dishwasher), and a toilet. Downstairs there are the two bedrooms and a renovated bathroom. The pool is sunny from 9am until late afternoon. The house has nice views to the mountains and is a few paces away from the Calvario steps. In the old town, but in a very quiet zone. There is no problem for parking near the house.
