Villa Guillo - Four Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 8

This picturesque countryside retreat is a must-see! Nestled amongst a 25-acre plot and the evergreen Tramuntana Mountain range, Villa Guillo provides a haven for those wanting to be close to nature. The large 10x5 metre pool is ideal for a spot of swimming with a view. The alfresco dining provides covered shade from the sunshine, whilst around the corner a large brick-built BBQ provides the perfect opportunity to have a go at cooking alfresco style.
If you can prise yourself away from the impressive views surrounding the terrace, then step inside to see this beautiful villa in all its glory. You'll notice that throughout the property, it's 300-year-old farmhouse style has been retained. Enter through double wooden doors into a spacious dining area, where two steps lead you to a seating area complete with armchairs, satellite TV and a DVD player. Look closely and you'll notice that the table in the centre of the room is made from an original olive press. An inner stone archway takes you to the kitchen, modern yet still retaining a sense of tradition, with a vaulted beamed ceiling, an arched stone window and dark floor tiles. Opposite to the kitchen sits a small shower room, whilst a cosy lounge with a three-piece suite and stone walls completes the ground floor.
There are two staircases in Villa Guillo, one leads off the lounge area to an open bedroom with a double bed and traditional furniture. Whilst a second staircase leads off the hallway and to the remaining three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room which share two separate washrooms. 
Due to this properties breathtaking location, we recommend a car for Villa Guillo. Why not take advantage of this and explore Mallorca's north coast, with the sandy beaches of Port de Alcudia and Port de Pollensa just a 15 minute drive away. 
*Please note, access to bedroom one is via a wooden staircase accessible from the lounge. There is no doorway to this bedroom and remains open.
The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 110cm wide. The terrace is open-plan and mostly flat, however it is made up of cobble stones on the uncovered terrace areas. There is 1 step up to the sunbathing area. The pool has an edging round it. Inside, there are 2 steps from the dining area to the lounge. There is a further step up to the chill out/seating area. There are no ground floor bedrooms. There are 17 steps to the first floor, where all bedroom doors are 77cm wide, and all bathroom doors are 70cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 76cm wide and the door into the lounge area is 75cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
