Villa Opalo is a small refurbished in a modern style residential town villa ideally located in the appreciated are of “Pinaret” only 100m to the Puerto Pollensa sea and beach.Front door opens into a beautiful light and airy lounge/dining room decorated in a contemporary style with its white dining table and stylish chairs as well as a comfortable dark grey sofa.A door from the lounge area leads to a fully fitted white kitchen with grey worktop and stainless steel appliances with views to the terrace and pool area.On the right of the living room there is a fitted wardrobe and a door that leads into a small hall with three further doors. On the right of the small hall is a beautiful master double bedroom decorated with modern dark wooden furniture and pink curtains. On the left, is a twin bedroom decorated in tones of white and turquoise blue.
