"Very well located and comfortable flat for four people. Large lounge, balcony and terrace above. Double mattress is very good. No dedicated parking but no problem to find a space in the nearby streets. Very close to beach, shops and restaurants. Pool rarely busy and had it to ourselves every time. Only downside: blind in twin bedroom not very dark."

"We really enjoyed Josefa's apartment - it is spacious, clean and comfortable with good beds. There are lots of towels and bedding provided. The location is very good, close to many restaurants and bars. The beach directly opposite always has sunbeds available, although the sea is rocky here. A few minutes walk up the beach you will find the sea much less rocky. The terrace is amazing - 4 sunbeds and a dining table - lots of room for all of us, with a fantastic view. The lift is small but...

"Apartment very clean in nice area of Puerta Pollensa. Very nice patio area looking out on garden . Takes about 15mins to walk to beach. Good location for local bus. Needed to buy a few basic things like non slip bath mat, larger drinking glasses, however if we had requested these they would have been supplied by Joanna, who was very helpful."

"Well situated, large apartment, overlooking the waterfront, and a short stroll along the front, to central Port de Pollenca. We enjoyed the space, particularly the balcony with its extended views over the bay. The kichen had all ameneties necessary, with its large round window giving us a view through to the spacious dining/living area. We also had plenty of options with the 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a small supermarket less than a minute away, and several...

"Great friendly staff and a good price. However the hotel is noisy, you can hear the upstairs if they move furniture and the cleaning staff if you have a lie in. Otherwise perfect stay"

"The location was great- a short walk to the sea and seafront restaurants. The gardens were really well maintained with some beautiful roses and gorgeous old olive trees. The apartment was great for a toddler- the separate bedroom allowed us to chill out and eat after our baby went to sleep. The apartment was well stocked and we appreciate the fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and extra duvets. the staff were friendly and it had the feeling of a local-run / family business. "
