"Lovely property - location excellent. Would advise a small car as roads and corners tricky to navigate with a large car! The number of steps will be a problem for people with leg or hip problems ( trust me ). We loved the property especially the garden which is a beautiful serene area and spent many a happy hour there. Beds were very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Karin was an excellent host and came out of her way to find us when we got lost on route! We will definitely return....

"We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

"The villa, Can Voramar, is in a wonderful location close to the beach, on a quiet stretch of road with woods opposite, and yet a short walk from the restaurants, cafes and shops of the Pine Walk. "what a wonderful bolthole in the middle of Pollenca. About a two minute walk from the main square but so peaceful and quiet. Maria's property has everything needed for a short break and I can highly recommend it."

"Absolutely fab appartment, everything you needed and more location close to beach and fantastic resturant across the road (but you need to book The Modesto)Cati and husband really helpful with directions and getting the key. We couldnt fault anything 2 lovely bathrooms, lots of towels bedrooms have pleanty of storage. 2 terraces with lots of seating, and a covered terrace area with a bbq. Local bus to Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa and Lidl a short taxi ride away. Will definatly be back, thank you...

We used TransUnion shuttle coach who drop off and collect from behind the nearby Cabot Hobby. Only occasional loud neighbours, bin lorries, building works across square as in any residential block, but generally lovely & quiet. Well equipped flat. Decent shower & double basins. "A beautiful villa in a stunning setting. Antonio was great, very helpful, friendly and efficient. We had an awful encounter with Francesc over the phone. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for, due to a poor communication issue on his side regarding payment in cash which was not stipulated in any of the communications. They only communicated the evening before giving us no time to prepare this in the uk. Luckily we sorted it out once we were in Mallorca. Thankfully this didn’t impede us...

"The villa is wonderful and in a beautiful setting, it is down a very narrow long lane, but after travelling along it for 2 or 3 days , we found this to be ok. We are a family of 10 with children 9,11,13 and 15, we all had a fabulous time in the pool, we even had table tennis and swimming tournaments😀 A few more cooking utensils in the kitchen would have been an improvement. Cati the host was brilliant, if we did need any communication with her."

"Just returned from 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely villa, communication with Patricia was always quick and helpful. Pool was cleaned several times during our stay, most tines before we were even up. Household cleaning / replacement towels was also undertaken a few times all without any intrusion. "My family and I (7people) stayed in Casa Maria over Christmas and had a wonderful stay. The location couldn’t have been more idyllic, set towards the bottom of the historic Calvari steps in the heart of Pollenca, close to the square. The house is large with four floors, one of which is a comfortable roof terrace with superb views over the town and the Puig de Santa Maria. The three double bedrooms and the twin are lovely, one of which has the most amazing panoramic view. There’s plenty of space...

"The location was great- a short walk to the sea and seafront restaurants. The gardens were really well maintained with some beautiful roses and gorgeous old olive trees. The apartment was great for a toddler- the separate bedroom allowed us to chill out and eat after our baby went to sleep. The apartment was well stocked and we appreciate the fluffy towels, comfortable pillows and extra duvets. the staff were friendly and it had the feeling of a local-run / family business. "
