Can Bajoca 2, is a villa located in Pollensa in a very quiet rural setting with privacy, at the foot of the impressive surrounding mountains.Next door, that is to say as a neighbour, is Can Bajoca-1. another villa almost twin in dimensions of its house, plot and services, ideal for families who want to be together but each one in their own house or group of friends.

Distributed all on the same floor, we find the very spacious living room all in the same room with different atmosphere, with the kitchen open to the dining room and all with direct access to the porch, the garden and the swimming pool surrounded by lawn.

It has three double bedrooms, two with separate beds and one of them with a double bed, all of them equipped with air conditioning. There are also two complete bathrooms.

Outside you have the bbq area, terrace and porche, beside the swimming pool surrounded by lawn, where for sure you will spend a very pleasant evenings 'al fresco'.

As well as Can Bajoca-1. both houses are situated in a privileged environment, accessed by a country road with very few neighbours, where you can certainly enjoy an atmosphere of privacy and tranquillity.

For golf players
enthusiasts, just a few minutes away you can enjoy the Golf Pollença. Also in Alcudia about ten kilometres away, there is Aucanada Golf.

Not forgetting the visits to the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vicente, Puerto Pollensa, from there you can access the peninsula of Formentor, an idyllic place, formed by spectacular cliffs and wonderful views that the winding road ends at the lighthouse of Formentor, places not to be missed.

Die Finca liegt sehr schön, ist - wir waren 2022 schon mal da - aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Bett im ersten Schlafzimmer rechts quietscht bei jeder Umdrehung, das Poollicht war defekt, der Grilleinsatz ist durchgerostet und der Türgriff am Tor vorn war locker beziehungsweise ab. Außerdem bräuchte es in der Küche ein, zwei Strahler. Es ist zu dunkel. Hier müssten Sie unbedingt nachbessern. Vor allem beim Bett - wir haben sehr, sehr schlecht geschlafen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dem Haus. Der Garten und der Pool super. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und viel Platz. Die Betten sind etwas hart. Danke für den unkomplizierten Ablauf.

Wieder sehr schön gewesen, für uns ist es wie nach Hause kommen. Sind jetzt zum 4ten Male im Bajoca 2 und sind sehr zufrieden. Service plantillas und der Eigentümerin sind absolut perfekt. Probleme und defekte Sache. Werden innerhalb 24h ausgeräumt. Wir sind auch nächstes Jahr wieder im Bajoca 2 und feiern unser 5tes Jahr im Haus. 😀

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und so riecht es auch. Die Betten sind eine absolute Zumutung. Hart, man spürt jede Metalfeder und sie quiteschen. Bei jedem drehen hört man es. Wir mussten die Matratzen mit zusätzlichen Decken auspolstern, was minimal geholfen hat. Wer Schlaf oder körperliche Beschwerden hat, sollte dort nicht übernachten! Das schöne am Haus sind der Pool und die Terasse.

A lovely, well-equipped villa in a very quiet area a few km outside Pollensa. A minor problem with the air-conditioning was resolved swiftly via the agent and owner. Note that access for anything larger than a smallish car is extremely difficult (if you are offered a hire car upgrade, decline it - we wish we had!).

Wir waren jetzt zum 3ten Mal in der Finca Bajoca 2. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen. Alles hat geklappt, Schnelle Umsetzung nach Ausfall Klimaanlage. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder das Haus mieten.

The property is in beautiful surroundings but the access road is very narrow, and our taxi transfer had to drop us off half way up the road with our suitcases because he met a car coming the other way, and after pulling over, he couldn’t make it all the way. The property is a little dated and only the bedrooms have air con (which was temperamental but dealt with efficiently by the owners), and no fans were supplied for the other living areas. The pool was great and well maintained, as were the gardens. We travelled with our two children and my parents and we all really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Uns hat die Finca Can Bajoca 2 sehr gut gefallen. Lage, Sauberkeit, Pool- und Gartenpflege sowie der Service durch VillasPlanet und den Besitzer bei kleineren Mängeln …alles sehr gut. Das Haus ist auch betreffend Preis/Leistung empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Osterwoche. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist etwas eng. Das Haus ist aber sehr schön ruhig am Hang gelegen. Wir hatten am ersten Tag ein paar Probleme (Warmwasser, Heizung, zusätzliche Decken), diese wurden aber von der Verwaltung am gleichen Tag beseitigt. Das war sehr gut. Was könnte noch besser sein: Die Matratzen waren etwas hart. ggf. sollte man die einmal austauschen. Alles in Allem ist das ein toller Ort zum Entspannen. Gern wieder.

Die Villa Ca´n Bajoca 2 hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Finca mit der überdachten Terrasse, großem Pool mit Grill und daneben überdachter Ablage war einfach nur toll. Oben an Hang mit Ausblick auf dem begrünten Berg und dieser Ruhe war sehr erholsam. Die Hauptstraße hört man gar nicht, nur Palmen im Wind, Ziegen usw. Die Innenausstattung war auch gut und die Küche gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man benötigt. Der Kontakt mit Villas Planet war über Mail sehr angenehm und später über WhatsApp. Der Schlüssel wurde in der Box am Haus hinterlegt und bei Abreise wieder von uns eingelegt. Die Kaution wurde innerhalb 2 Tage nach Abreise wieder erstattet. Einen Mietwagen benötigt man sowieso, am Besten ein Kleinwagen, da die Auffahrt eng ist. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett und ruhig. Zum Supertmarkt oder Port de Pollenca war es nicht weit mit dem Auto. Sollten wir wieder nach Mallorca reisen, werden wir zuerst schauen, ob diese Villa wieder frei ist. Sehr gepflegt und sauber. Ein fehlender Wäscheständer wurde umgehend gebracht. Wir lieben die Lage und nehmen daher auch gern den unbefestigten, engen Weg zum Haus in Kauf.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, einzig ein Putz/ Geschirrtuch haben wir vermisst. Es gibt zwei unmittelbare Nachbarhäuser und je nachdem, kann man an den Gesprächen teilhaben😉 uns hat es nicht gestört. Ansonsten, sind die paar wenige Häuser sehr ruhig gelegen, am Fuß eines Berges ,von dessen Gipfel hin und wieder eine Bergziege schaut. Wir haben die Aussicht vom Pool genossen. Das Haus liegt nahe zu Pollenca, ein Auto ist trotzdem notwendig, zu Fuß kommt man kaum wohin. Die Schlüsselübergabe war auch sehr easy über den Schlüsselkasten, den Besitzer haben wir nie gesehen.
