This lovely and historic majorcan country house is situated in a very pretty area on the edge of Pollença, just five minutes by car from the old town. The house is surrounded by ancient olive trees, orange and lemon trees, pine and almond trees, and the local sheep. The drive to the house is in itself a delight. The house is more than 350 years old and stands on a hill surrounded by its 70,000-square-metre grounds. There are no neighbours within sight or earshot. From the pool, you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views of Majorca’s mountains.

The house has been carefully modernised and combines comfort with tradition. Across 300 square metres, it offers four double bedrooms, three bathrooms in the house and an extra bathroom outside next to the pool. There is also a dining room, two living rooms and a kitchen.



The cottage has central heating and can therefore be used all year round and is also suitable for a workation in winter time. (The use is charged according to consumption.)



The Pollença golf club is just a two-minute drive away, and Pollença itself is around 2.5 kilometres from the house.
