Beautiful rustic villa

Beautiful views and villa perfectly serviceable, if a little dated. Very private and the pool area was lovely but the barbecue is in desperate need of cleaning out- we didn’t dare use it! Information was lacking especially about the need to take rubbish to the main road ( approx 1.5 km away)

The house, garden and pool were clean and we faced no issues. The surrounding is very quiet with a lot of privacy as there are no direct neighbors in sight. We definitely would like to come again! Sehr schöne Finca

Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig und sehr abgelegen, wir haben es genossen. Das Haus ist schön. Für schlechtes Wetter evtl. etwas klein und dunkel, aber wir haben die ganze Zeit auf der sehr schönen und ideal gelegenen Terrasse verbracht. Pool ist auch sehr schön, alles gepflegt und alles notwendige vorhanden.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Finca.

Pros: Das Haus hat eine top Lage und und alles im Außenbereich ist eigentlich wie erwartet und von anderen auch beschrieben. Cons: Das Haus ist innen wirklich in die Jahre gekommen und müsste saniert werden. Küche ist alt und teilweise recht dreckig, das Bad und Dusche auch. Matratzen, Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind auch recht alt und schlecht. Gerade bei Handtüchern und Bettwäsche lässt sich so leicht etwas verbessern und führt direkt zu einem viel besseren Eindruck, wenn man ankommt. Direkt neben der Finca wohnen Hühner, Esel und zwei Hunde, was uns gut gefallen hat. Die Hunde haben aber auch viel gebellt und die Hähne waren ständig am Krähen. Das hat uns Spaß gemacht, aber kann auch durchaus sehr stören.

GUT - würden wiederkommen

Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen. Wir durften bereits um 15 Uhr ankommen (Schlüsselsafe). Die Übergabe fand daher erst später statt. Dabei wurde uns jedoch nicht alles erörtert. Z.B. haben wir die Waschmaschine und den Wäscheständer auf dem 2. Balkon und hinter einem Verschlag erst später entdeckt. Dank der Klimageräte konnten wir das Haus gut aufwärmen was Ende März auch notwendig war. Zwei Bettdecken haben wir gefunden. Auf Nachforderung wurde uns ein (nur ein!) Bezug gebracht. Die Brotmesser müssten wirklich mal geschärft werden! Geschirrtücher hatten wir auch erst mit Verspätung erhalten. Trotz der Schränke in den Schlafzimmern fehlen Ablagen für T-Shirts, Hosen etc. Die Wäsche kann nur aufgehangen werden. Notgedrungen lebten wir deshalb aus den Koffern. Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl die ersten Mieter in der Saison 2024 zu sein.

Völlige Ruhe nah am Geschehen

Pros: Die Lage ist wirklich super - abends konnte man dem Wind in den Bäumen und den Grillen lauschen, ohne andere Bewohner oder Autos zu hören. Die Aufteilung der Finca war auch sehr gut, die Größe des Badezimmers völlig ausreichend. Die Küche war ganz gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool war perfekt zum Bahnen schwimmen, da er an seiner tiefsten Stelle ca. 1,85 m misst. Außerdem war unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, Joana, unglaublich lieb und nett - sie hat uns alles erklärt und uns wunderbare Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswertes gegeben. Cons: Das einzige Manko waren leider die Mücken - da konnte die Finca aber nichts für!

Pros: Our plane arrived early in the morning. It was kind of Joanna that we could have an early check in. Cons: We missed a large beach umbella in the garden. User manuals for the dishwasher, the washingmachine and the fuses would have been helpful during our stay.

Unterkunft mit hohem Erholungsfaktor.

Pros: schönes Grundstück. Alles sehr sauber. Angebot wie beschrieben. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war gut. Da keine Mängel , kein weiterer Kontakt nötig gewesen. Schöner großer Pool. Cons: sehr abgelegen, entsprach aber der Beschreibung. Nachts ständiges Hundegebell durch Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Tor- und Türschlösser würde etwas Schloss Öl sehr gut tun, neigten sehr zum Klemmen.

Die Finca ist nicht mehr neu und weißt entsprechende Spuren auf. Dennoch hat es uns dort gefallen. D

Pros: ruhige Umgebung; wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, ist man schnell auf der Hauptstraße und innerhalb kürzester Zeit am Strand oder größeren Orten; Joana, die Gastgeberin war sehr bemüht, uns alle Wünsche zu erfüllen Cons: Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool wurde nur einmal in 10 Tagen gereinigt.

Tolle Finca, schlechte bzw. fehlende Gastfreundschaft

Die Finca an sich ist mega toll. Super Pool für spielen, tauchen, reinspringen für alle Altersgruppen. Klima in den Schlafzimmern, Einrichtung,... Allerdings: - Grillgitter hat ein Loch, Kohle fällt durch - Tischtennistisch ist kaputt und steht einfach rum - 2 Rollen WC Papier, mehr musste man selber kaufen und das bei diesem Finca Preis (WC Papier 1.40 im LIDL für 8 Rollen...) - keine Grundvorräte (Salz, Öl,...) und Hilfsmittel für Geschirrreinigung (Putzlappen/Schwamm, Spühlmittel) - keine (!) Erklärungen zu Gas, Klima, Abfallentsorgung etc. bei Ankunft. Einzige Info (!): wo ist der Hausschlüssel - Abgabe: ich habe um 10 nachgefragt wies aussieht. 10min später kam sie und ging ohne ein guten Morgen oder eine "richtige" Übergabe zum Pool um zu reinigen. Kein Hallo, kein alles i.O., kein "gute Reise", kein "war alles i.o.",... einfach NICHTS! Da wars bisher in jeder finca gastfreundlicher
