Villa Hidden Retreat / Denga

Magnificent traditional Mallorcan style mansion with heated outdoor swimming pool and spectacular views over the bay of Alcudia and the Tramuntana mountains surrounded by a large expanse of Mediterranean forest which forms part of the property and a beautiful garden offering total privacy.

The villa has all the modern comforts and amenities, whilst maintaining its traditional beauty and charm, with terracotta floors, stone walls and beamed ceilings.

The property has two floors where we find six magnificent bedrooms, five bathrooms and a separate toilet.

On the ground floor, a large traditional courtyard gives access to an entrance hall with a beautiful staircase with spectacular views of the Alcudia valley. On the east side there is a living-/dining room with access to the terrace and a very comfortable and perfectly equipped kitchen as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an adjoining bathroom. On the west side there is another living room with dining room and sitting area with sofas, television and fireplace, as well as a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.

On the upper floor, in the East wing there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with 2 single beds. In the West wing there are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with three single beds and en-suite bathroom, ideal for children.

The exteriors of the villa are truly spectacular. The villa has two magnificent terraces with amazing views, one with a dining area and barbecue under the porch and the other with a ping-pong table and a chill-out area where you can relax in the evenings. From this terrace you can access the swimming pool with sun loungers and also the garden.

The house has air conditioning/heat pump. If you wish, you can also hire central heating and/or pool heating in the colder months. Please see prices in the notes at the end.

An ideal place to enjoy a quiet holiday in the middle of nature, just a few minutes drive from the village and the beaches of Alcudia.



Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.

Note 2. In those properties of Mallorca Holiday Properties where space permits the inclusion of an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.

Note 3. Check-out time is 10:00. If a later check-out is possible, it is always subject to availability and will cost 90 € until 13:00 and 160 € until 16:00.

Note 4. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 10 pm, €30 (10 pm–midnight) or €50 (after midnight). There is also the option of free self-check-in with a staff welcome the next day.

Note 5. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw to be paid on departure.

Note 6. On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.

Note 7. The price of the heated swimming pool is 50€/day if you want to use this service.

Note 8. The price of central heating is 30€/day if you want to use this service.
