Villa Plana is an attractive 3 bedroom villa in an incredible countryside location. Set against a dramatic mountain backdrop, the mature Mediterranean garden offers a good level of privacy around the pool with picturesque landscape to enjoy all around. The villa has everything you need to feel relaxed but is still within easy reach of the charming Old Town of Pollensa, with its cobbled streets, historic monuments and an array of restaurants. The chic and stylish resort of Puerto Pollensa and its sandy beaches can be reached in a 15 minute drive. WiFi and air conditioning/ heating in all the bedrooms are included.

Villa Plana is a detached property in a delightful countryside position, with spectacular views of the impressive world heritage Tramuntana mountain range. Less than a 10 minute drive will take you to the Old Town of Pollensa, with a maze of cobbled streets lined with quaint shops and traditional restaurants offering a great atmosphere all year round. Beach lovers won't have far to travel either, as 15 minutes’ drive away, you have the stunning bay of Puerto Pollensa Beach with its long stretch of soft sand and crystal clear waters. The adjacent marina and promenade have an ample choice of local restaurants and tapas bars. Impressive yachts moor at the marina in the summer and its beautiful Pine Walk is a favourite stroll before or after dinner.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
