It was clean, the check in process was easy (even though the office was closed when we arrived due to the hurricane), and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. We also saw 2 different alligators (~8 and ~10 feet), so they are definitely around!"

"We needed a pet friendly place close to Blackbear Sailing Club for a regatta. This place was right across the street from the club. The accommodations reminded me of a hotel room with a balcony, which was ok for us as we were gone most of the time racing or site seeing. The neighborhood seemed quiet and safe. It was a few miles to grocery stores, but when we were there traffic wasn’t too bad."

"The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place."
