"From the moment we arrived we were impressed. Bri was cheerful and checked us in quickly. She was kind enough to let us check in 30 minutes early and helped answer our questions about the city. The room was extremely clean. The breakfast is honestly one of the best I have had in a hotel. This hotel is our hotel if we are ever in this atea again."

"We were booked for 4 days. The room was only cleaned once. The bed was horrible, the water tasted bad. Had issues with the keyless door, had to be fixed it would not open most of the time. The toilet had issues, my husband had to fix it we never knew if it would flush properly was always a gamble. The phone did not work, so any issue we had with room we had to walk to front desk to report. The staff was as helpful as they could be, but you can only do so much with a marginal property. The...

"Be sure to Ask for a Do Not Disturb sign. Thes invaded our room and started removing and cleanig the room while we were in the resterant next door eating breakfast, about 7;30 AM.. I did not like it.."
