In der Nähe hat es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Strände und man erreicht auch schnell die Olivenplantagen oder Weinberge für ein Tasting. Für alles braucht es ein Auto. "Das Haus liegt abgelegen im Wald, was für Menschen, die Ruhe suchen und Natur lieben, ideal ist. Ich schließe mich den Bewertungen an, die die Zufahrt als Herausforderung beschreiben (mit SUV ging es), belohnt wird man dann aber mit Alleinlage. Das Haus war von der Größe her grundsätzlich für 4 Personen ideal. "Wir hatten das Glück dieses traumhaft süße, toll renovierte Häuschen, dessen Grundmauern tatsächlich noch auf die Etruskerzeit zurückgehen bei Fewo Direkt zu finden! Es liegt sehr günstig in der wunderschönen Landschaft der Maremma! Zu Kulturstätten und traumschönen Stränden ist es nicht weit, alles ist recht schnell zu erreichen! Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen herzlich, hilft bei Allem und gibt super Tipps! Wir sind selten so wunderbar aufgenommen worden! Ein großes Lob!!!"

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"Just returned from a one week stay and cannot praise it enough. Frederica and her family were so friendly and could not do enough to make us feel welcome. Really enjoyed the Cooking Lesson and would recommend it for a fun and interesting break fro those superb panoramic views of the rolling countryside. We also really enjoyed our visits to the small hilltop villages that are just a short drive away from the property. We will return!"

"We stayed in apartment Falco which has great views over the valley.The apartment is exactly as listed,well equipped and spotlessly clean.It is perfectly placed for visiting all the top Tuscan towns and there are numerous local restaurants within easy reach. "We stayed here for a week. It was a little difficult to find as it doesn't show up on GPS and the dirt road to the house can be a little bumpy, but once there, it was really nice and cozy and it grew on us each day. The views were spectacular and the peace and quiet were just what we needed. A short, easy drive into Siena and Monteriggioni. Letizia, the owner, was very sweet as was her dog, Assia.
