"Cabin has a bad smell (note on wall stated it was recently varnished but did not have this smell). Shower went hot then cold on and off which made for a very unpleasant experience. Overall i would recommend to get an ensuite and skip the cabin to stay. Friendly staff but overall not a pleasant stay for the price."

"This cabin is in a beautiful location at the top of a hill. It’s best to give yourself a little time to get up the winding roads, especially if there’s fog. When we arrived, we were met by our host who is very friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome and enjoyed our conversation with him. He is a big LOTR fan so we had a fun time talking about filming locations and personal stories he had.
