Very friendly and helpful staff, great position for Pompei ruins (5 mins) and for the main square in Pompei (lots of restaurants there)! The free secure parking was perfect for Pompei ( they let us leave the car for a few hours after checking out while we visited Pompei Highly recommend

こちらで高評価を得ていたので、良いホテルだと信用しきって4連泊も入れてしまいましたが……… ・冷蔵庫なし ・ゴミ箱なし ・チェックイン時に自分から聞かないとWiFiパスワードも、朝食の時間も教えてくれない ・コンセントを探したらドア横にしかない上、電気がきていない。仕方なくテレビのコードを抜き、そこのコンセントを使用。 ・シーツや水まわりは清潔だが、建物自体が古いのか部屋の壁から伝わる埃っぽさがある ・網戸やベランダがススっぽい。車道沿いだからか窓開をけると排気ガス臭い。 ・家具などの設備がとにかく安っぽい。1度ベッドと壁の間にペンを落とし、ベッドを動かそうとしたら背もたれ？がハリボテのような軽さで浮くように持ち上がってビックリしました。 ・鍵付きの棚がありますが、いわゆるシリンダー鍵ではなく、鍵穴の裏側で針金が下に伸びており、ドア側の針金を棚側のでっぱりに引っ掛けて開かないようにするような鍵です(笑) ・朝食はサラミ、チーズ、ジュース、コッペパン、クロワッサン(ジャム入り)、果物と、イタリアの他の都市で頂いた朝食と比べてダントツで種類も少なく、特別美味しいわけでもなく、少々ガッカリ…。隣で食べていたお客さんも、他の種類のパンは無いのかと聞いていました。 ホテルは、ポンペイスカビ駅(ヴェスヴィオ周遊鉄道)、ポンペイ駅(トレニタリア)、いずれへも徒歩15分かかります。 また、Expediaのホテル紹介ではポンペイ遺跡まで徒歩5分となっていますが、ポンペイ遺跡のメインゲートであるマリーナ門までは徒歩15分です。5分とは円形競技場近くのゲートまでの時間だと思いますが、ここは閉鎖されている事もあるようなのでお気をつけください。私の滞在中も閉鎖されていました。 良い点は… バスルームは広めかな。ビデもあります。シャワールームはお湯が飛び散らないよう下までのドアがついてます。お湯もちゃんと出ます。シャワーヘッドの穴が壊れている所が多く、太めの水が強圧で出ますが別に気にならない。アメニティもシャンプー、ボディシャンプー、個体石鹸と揃ってます。 エアコンもしっかり効きます。 この様に良い点もある事にはあるのですが、やはり悪い点が目立ちました。これで安ければ別に文句は無かったのですが、このクオリティで平日1泊7,000円は高すぎないですかね… イタリア7都市(ミラノ、ベネチア、ローマ、サレルノなど)を周遊しましたが、設備と値段のバランスに1番首を傾げたホテルでした。 部屋変更を頼もうかとも考えましたが、自分でホテル内を歩いたり、外からベランダを見上げたりした結果、1人用はどこも似たようなものだなと思いました。高評価をしているのがファミリー層ばかりなので広めの部屋なら快適なのかな？ スタッフがのんびりした感じの良い人達ばかりで、悪気は無いのがわかるから、もういいやとなったのもあります(笑) 1泊なら残念だったなで済むけど、4泊も入れてしまったので、失敗した感の強く残るホテルとなってしまいました。

+ Decent hotel, no bells and whistles but does what it says on the tin. + Hotel owners friendly but do not speak any English. + Easy access to Pompeii Ruins, 5 minutes from 24/7 supermarket and 15 minutes walk to the train station to Sorrento/Naples. + Good AC, weather was really hot, but nice temperature in hotel. - No fridge - Bathroom smelled really bad the first day, but smell went away after leaving the ventilation on overnight. Overall, enjoyed the stay at the hotel. If you're just looking for a clean room, with a bed for a few nights, then this is a good, fairly cheap place.

A nice, clean 3 star hotel

The hotel is just what you'd want from hotel in this price range. It has secure parking, and is within easy walking distance of the Pompeii entrance. As a family, we had one double and one twin room - they were nice rooms, with balconies overlooking the hotel gardens, and the mountains. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were a comfortable size. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was laden with fresh blood oranges and giant lemons from the trees just outside the window. The location was very near the archeological site and the town. We arrived late at night and weren’t left with the best impression but in the light of day we were cery pleased!

Hôtel très bien placé à Pompéi

L’hôtel Iside est proche de l’entrée « amphithéâtre » du site de Pompéi ainsi que du centre-ville, le personnel est accueillant et sympathique, bref, un hôtel agréable.

This hotel is clean and simple- and comfortable. No frills. The A/C worked very well. Breakfast was continental, but high quality. Staff very helpful especially bc two train stations in town and we needed transfers. Hotel is off the main/ touristy road which was a plus for us. If you don’t like that or cannot walk around well, then you’d have to get a cab.

Wonderful find

The hotel was clean and the service was friendly. They had you leave your key at the reception whenever you leave which I thought was weird and the staff didn’t speak great English but they were incredibly nice. When we checked in we were given a map and the older gentleman working did his best to explain where the major sites were and train stations. He was delightful. They offer breakfast but we didn’t get a chance to eat it so I can’t say how good or bad it may be. The room looked a bit dated but it was well kept and very clean.

Koselig hotell nært pompei ruiner

Et hotell litt utenfor sentrum, men helt innenfor gangavstand både til sentrum og togstasjon. Nært til pompei ruiner. Imøtekommende personale,rommene rene. Anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet. Men anbefaler ikke å reise med circumvesuviana for å komme dit,slik det står på hotellets hjemmeside, bruk trenitalia.

Das Hotel ist gut von beiden Bahnhöfen zu erreichen, und liegt nah am Eingang zu den Ruinen am Amphietheater. Sehr freundlich, familiäre Atmosphäre. Alles sehr sauber. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Excellent Location!

This hotel is 3 min away from the excations and a couple extra minutes from the centre of the city. Parking is available, which is always a plus anywhere in Italy! The staff was courteous and friendly and the room was very clean. Our room had a view to the Vesuvius, which was pretty neat!
