April/May Discounts. This 3-Year Old Duplex is located in Poncha Springs, Colorado. It is less than 20 minutes from Monarch Mountain, 5 minutes from Salida and the Arkansas River. The home still seems new and has amazing mountain views. It has 3 spacious bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. There is a TV located in every room. It has a tankless water heater. A full size washer/dryer. Porches front and back with seating. Balcony with seating off one of upstairs bedrooms. Picnic Table in backyard for outdoor meals. It comfortably sleeps 8, 10 using the queen size pullout bed.

This is one of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in. Clean, well-stocked/equipped, excellent communication and quiet neighborhood. The owners have done all the little things right to make you feel at home. Would 100% stay here again!

Salida family trip

This house was in a great location. Very clean and spacious with enough room for everyone. Very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to make meals. No problem checking in or anything during the stay. Would stay here again when in the area.

This is a clean and super nice place. We enjoyed it for a biking event in Salida, but I'd go back to stay in Poncha Springs and ski at Monarch. I was surprised to see so many entries in the guest book, because the place looks brand new.

Perfect location for skiing Monarch

Beautiful and clean home that made our stay with friends a wonderful experience. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. Close drive to Monarch ski resort. Host replied to any questions in a very timely manner. Will rent again when back in town for an extended stay. Thank you.

Comfortable family vacation spot

We were there for a family Thanksgiving vacation. Very clean and comfortable with many thoughtful extras. Well stocked kitchen and spacious dining area. We had a little trouble checking in as code didn't work, but owners responded in about half an hour with new code. Oven didn't work that well but otherwise very pleased.

Poncha Springs Townhouse Love

We celebrated our grandmother’s 90th birthday party in Salida and stayed at our favorite home away from home. This was our second stay at this wonderful townhouse. We love this beautiful home. Absolutely the most accommodating hosts we have encountered. The townhouse is equipped with comfortable beds and with new and clean bedding. All the rooms and kitchen (with new appliances) were sparkling clean. They even left a tasty host gift and lovely treats in the fridge. We loved our morning strolls around the friendly neighborhood - enjoying the majestic views. Thank you for making this family trip so special. Thank you for a memorable family trip. We cannot wait to stay again!

Great base camp for Monarch!

We had a fabulous stay. Nice touches included a guest basket with snacks and some extra toiletries. House was very clean. It’s a nice layout for larger groups too! We’d stay here again.

Ideal location for skiing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very easy check in with great communication with the owners. The property was very clean and well appointed. Ideal home base to drive up to Monarch Mountain for skiing! Definitely interested in staying again in the future.
