"Very good. Clean and tidy. Shower had good water pressure and nice hot water. Shuttle was very efficient, bus was clean and new - came very frequent."

"This was a great hotel except my non smoking room smelt like smoke. From what I talked to the staff the whole section I was staying at is a non-smoking section but the people in the room before me was definitely smoking and left a smell. The staff didn't help when I asked about the smell."

Also, we enjoyed the free shuttle to/from NRT. We missed the shuttle on the day we need to leave because we were a minite late but u can always get an uber, its not expensive"
