"The hotel was very nice but before we arrived the booking we made nearly 12 months previously was communicated that they wished to move us to a sister hotel. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. "Great property, excellent service. Our Deluxe room looking out over the bay was very comfortable. Dining was exceptional with many different options available and the selection was different on every day of our short stay. Would have liked to have been able to have access to sun loungers on the beach but think this may be impractical with the tourist boats picking up guests from the sands during the day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
