On the first floor a fully equipped kitchen, a large room of 160 m2 with a sound corner,
a video projector, various ambient effects: Laser, and a fully equipped bar.
A large wood stove is at your disposal to heat the cottage, wood is provided free of charge.
A secure swimming pool of 15x7m, with diving board and whirlpool area.
A large shaded petanque court. Boules provided.
A Squash court on site, free access, provided you have suitable shoes that do not make black marks, rackets and balls provided.

In each room, there is a quality bed in 160, plus bunk beds in 90. A TV and a bathroom (toilet, shower, sink), 1 bathroom / bedroom.

The upper terrace has a 6-seater SPA.

Cleaning is not included in the price, we have a cleaning lady come through who puts the cottage back up and running and clean while respecting the sanitary measures, 129 euros payable on site.
In July and August, we only rent by the week.
In addition, we noticed that little attention was devoted to the problems of electricity consumption (lights on all night, heating at full blast etc...), so for ecological and financial reasons, a reading of the meter dedicated to the gîte will be taken at the entrance to the premises and another at the exit, the cost will therefore be borne by the tenants, payable at the start (about 20 euros/day)

Option at 90 euros to leave the premises until 6pm the next day.
The swimming pool, can be rarely used by my children, but priority is reserved for the people occupying the cottage.
The spa is not included in the rental price, the rate is 36 euros per day, the water is changed for each tenant.
