"Ha sido todo muy correcto hasta que, el último día y después del check out pedimos a Joan quedarnos un rato en la piscina. Nos dijo que por supuesto y cuando ya nos íbamos del hotel vino la mujer de Joan con muy malas formas a decirnos que no podíamos estar allí después del check out y que teníamos que pagar 10€ por adulto. Por supuesto dijimos que no pagaríamos nada, nos habían dicho que podíamos estar allí sin problema y nadie nos habló de un cargo adicional. Nos ha tratado con muy mala...

"Una estancia agridulce. A pesar de no tener nada que decir referente a la casa (más que está en medio de la nada), todo en buen estado y cuidado. Reservamos la casa 3 familias y dió la mala suerte de que uno de los adultos de una de las familias se puso enfermo. Contactamos con ellos para ver la viabilidad de posponer la reserva (sabiendo el poco margen de aviso) pero la alternativa ofrecida no dio a mucha opción a cambio. Con ello, finalmente solo pudo ir dos de las familias y la 3a por motivos...

We felt that the description of the location could be a little more precise.The access road is quite rough and tricky to negotiate in places after heavy rain. Its many bedrooms and multiple indoor sitting rooms and terraces house many guests without crowding. Furnishings are thoughtful and lovely and include a lot of interesting art.
