"Whales Bay Hotel was an amazing hotel. The grounds are beautiful. The amenities were great as well. The Pool was heated and a great spot to relax with lush greens and palm trees everywhere. The rooms were super clean, modern, and very comfortable. Also, the A/C worked perfectly with multiple zones in the room! The area is also beautiful! It is right by the water with hiking trails within walking distance."

"We stayed in a corner room on the top floor. The views were magnificent with a wrap around balcony to relax and enjoy the views. Rooms are always very clean. Staff is great and very friendly. This is my fourth year staying here and my fifth stay. Highly recommend The Gaivota."

"Breakfast buffet is good! Parking is good! Only have 2 criticizing comments: 1. Breakfast is good but its the same everyday. And 2. The gym. Needs disinfectant wipes or spray for before and after equipment use. The amount of germs left on gym equipment is very high."

"This is a wonderful place....elegant yet relaxed vibe, the friendliest and most helpful staff, delicious food, everything you could hope for. We loved sitting in the plunge pool on our deck and listening to the birds when we weren't enjoying the rest of the ammenities....very relaxing. Our only regret was that we didn't book for longer! Thank you, Sensi!"

"Beautiful property very clean and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were always clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes cutlery and pans. Could have used a few essentials such as pepper and sugar. Would have loved some information on where to buy fresh bread and other core items."
