Until I moved into another hotel in Ponta Delgada, I had two minor complaints. 1) the tea at breakfast was made with tapwater rather than non-chlorinated bottle water. 2) the swimming pool was cold (this is in February their wettest month). Check-in was very easy and I was able to get into my room early, which was much appreciated after my overnight flight from the US.
