Each house is private and self-contained, while sharing access to the coastal garden — a peaceful green space overlooking the ocean. The atmosphere on the property is quiet and intimate, and we kindly ask all guests to respect this spirit of tranquility.
The homes were designed as places to slow down and reconnect with nature — for that reason, parties and loud music are not allowed. The beauty of Canto do Mar lies in its silence: the sound of the ocean, the breeze, the light, the birds at sunrise.
Parking is available on the street near the property.
Please note that due to the natural oceanfront setting, stairs and uneven surfaces may be present outdoors.
If you are traveling with friends or family, renting more than one house can create a beautiful shared experience — with privacy in each home and moments together in the garden.

We keep things simple — just a few rules to help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone:
• No smoking inside the house. If you smoke, please do so outside.
• Garbage: please do not leave trash inside. Use the public bins nearby.
• Save energy: turn off the lights whenever you leave the house.
• Respect the neighbors: quiet hours in Portugal are from 23:00 to 7:00. You’re on holiday, but people around you are not — thank you for being considerate.
• Safety first: always lock the door when entering or leaving the house.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events are allowed.
• Towels: white towels are for bathroom use only. Please avoid stains and do not take them outside. Blue beach towels are available if needed.
