The large open plan living area offers seating and dining for 12, has a projection screen for cable TV and leads to the covered terrace. It looks out onto the pool and the terrace to the sea and is complemented by a games room with pool table and darts, children's corner with flat screen TV, PS2 console and games, and children's library.

The open kitchen has a special feature of a large built-in barbecue and is fully equipped with a 3 ring hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine Dolce Gusto, kettle, blender, coffee machine, beater, toaster, toaster etc.

The Villa has the luxury of having a second living room and kitchen on the first floor, leading to a balcony that extends across the front of the house, offering the same breathtaking views. The living room has seating for 6 and a flat screen cable TV as well as a desk for those times when you need to catch up with some work!
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other bedrooms with shared bathroom are on the 1st floor, and lead to the balcony that extends out from the front of the house. On the ground floor, outside the lounge, there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Two other double bedrooms and shared bathroom can be found in the attic space.
