"This was a no-frills, simple hotel. It was a great value, and was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The staff were so kind, and laid back. The view from the patio in our room was lovely. The shared kitchen area was a nice place to cook a meal, and there were three adorable cats around the property who we loved petting. The location was great for exploring various parts of Pico. "

"It would be great if the room just had a closet to store your clothes away. We had to use the couch to leave our lugage and clothes."

"Place is pretty beat up and could use some maintenence for sure. Oh, and the fire alarm was going off for a solid 3 hours in the middle of the night which made it pretty tough to sleep. Otherwise not too shabby. "
