Appearance was soso, restaurant closed first night, opened on Friday serve only one dish and cost $50 euros per person. Cold September no heat they turn on in Sept. Would not stay there again. Only thing going are the views.

Brutta esperienza

La camera aveva un pesante odore di muffa, abbiamo trovato ragni anche sul letto (e va bene, siamo in campagna) e ragnatele dovunque. I rubinetti del lavandino erano incrostati di calcare, la tavolozza del water di misura errata ed instabile. La doccia si fa nella vasca, senza una tenda che possa contenere l'acqua. Unica nota positiva la piscina

hallo, ich hoffe relais 2 trebbiolo Büro hat sie unterrichtet. ich reservierte diese Unterkunft mit dem vermerk, ..........must be wheelchaire accessible………. es war unmöglich überhaupt ins Hauptgebäude reinzu kommen...und das beste, sie haben...ausversehen….das einzigste Erdgeschoss, mein zimmer, jemandem anderem vermietet ! somit waren wir gezwungen, abends im dunkeln nach Florenz zu fahren um eine übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu finden. wegen Wochenende schwierieig ! einzigste Möglichkeit war dann im marriot-florenz zu fast 300.-- euro ! mich erstaund dass das relais 2 trebbiolo uns, wie sie es versprochen haben, die Stornierung zukommen zu lassen !! auch habe ich nichts von eurer seite gehört. gerne würde ich von ihnen selber erfahren, dass diese Angelegenheit in Ordnung gebracht wird und ich nicht für den geplatzen Aufenthalt belastet werde, gerne höre ich von ihne schnellstmöglich, ...r.kueschall@bluewin.ch

Vida de senhor de fazenda ecoturismo

O hotel é em local muito agradável, com vista panorâmica de montanha muito lindo. O quarto nos remete a alguns séculos atras. Vida de senhor de fazenda. O café da manhã um pouco simples demais. O local para chegar é um pouco complicado, cuidado com o GPS, pois leva a estradinhas muito estreita. Depois que se tem ideia do local, aí fica fácil.

Ok für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Das Hotel liegt in Traumhafter Lage. Wir waren zufrieden, allerdings hätte das Frühstück etwas umfangreicher sein können. Der Service war gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Bei diesem schönen alten Haus sieht man auch gerne einmal über den einen oder anderen Renovierungsstau zurück. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, - wie auch das Hotel ansich. Wer allerdings auf Modern steht, ist hier fehl am Platz.

Fantastisk udsigt/beliggenhed, super god service. Det kræver en bil da det ligger noget uden for byen, men så kan man også komme rundt i det meget smukke landskab omkring hotellet. Ikke sidste gang jeg kommer der.

Dormire in una casa che risale al 1100 non è cosa di tutti i giorni, se poi consideri che è un posto tenuto splendidamente allora acquista ancora più magia! Le persone che lo gestiscono sono molto alla mano e simpatiche, sembra di entrare in un posto senza tempo. Non sono rimasto troppo soddisfatto del bagno ma sono disposto a soprassedere proprio xke è tutto fantastico!

Séjour moyen malgré la vue

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour quelques jours de calme : perdu dans la montagne, sur un terrain magnifique et avec une vue imprenable ! Nous avions une chambre spacieuse dans la résidence principale. Bien que très belle nous avons beaucoup souffert de la chaleur du mois de juillet. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres sans être envahi de moustiques qui nous ont gâchés toutes nos nuits. Impossible d'avoir de l'eau fraîche au robinet : elle sortait brûlante au point de ne pas pouvoir mettre les mains en dessous. Le mini bar était vide et ne fonctionnait pas bien. Les bouteilles d'eau sortaient à peine fraîches après une nuit entière passées au frigo. La patronne était peu avenante, mais le personnel était globalement sympathique. Nous avons dîné 2 soirs au restaurant de l'hôtel. Les repas sont corrects, sans plus et pour des prix un peu élevés. Le jardins est très beau. La piscine est très grande mais mériterait d'être nettoyée plus souvent.

Hyggeligt hotel med sublim beliggenhed

Skønt hotel - dejligt væk fra det hele og alligevel lige i nærheden af alt. Utroligt venligt og imødekommende personale, fin morgenmadsbuffet (italiensk) og udmærket restaurant. Vi kommer tilbage næste år.

Secluded and peaceful

If flying into Florence airport make sure you have a very detailed map if either driving to or taking a cab to the hotel. It's quite off the beaten track. If you don't want to drive either through or on the outskirts of Florence, then take the southern bypass, A1/A11 E37. Once at Pontassieve head for Fiesole. It's about 15 mins from there. Delightful spot, however we stayed a week there and was not once invited to dine at the hotel, strange? Big downside for me was the intermittent free wifi access. Only accessible on the ground floor and once the signal is dropped you need a new password and log in, very frustrating.

Remote but a great experience

The Hotel is situated in an amazing old villa in the countryside around 30 min. from the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence. You'll need to do your homework to find your way but it is worth it. The room was very comfortable and historic. The best part of our stay was chatting with the operator who spoke great English and German and was very entertaining and helpful. The breakfast was great as well.
