"Very responsive staff and helpful to arrange transportation and other needs. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Location is amazing! Best spot in Rome."
"We had a great stay, thanks to the wonderful customer service and warm hospitality, especially from Monica, our host, she was truly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit.
The hotel itself is a bit dated, but we chose it for the excellent location, and it definitely delivered. It’s in one of the best areas for tourists, with easy access to major sites and public transportation.
The breakfast, included in the stay, was simple but satisfying, and available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, which was very convenient for our schedule.
Overall, a pleasant stay, if the hotel updates some of the interiors, it would be even better!

"The hotel is ideally located! It’s very convenient for walking to all the sights and attractions, and there are lots of restaurants nearby. However, I have to say, Brillo, which is the restaurant attached to the hotel was particularly wonderful with the best staff. Equally wonderful were the hotel staff, from reception staff to the bellhop! "
