This property was actually so surprisingly great. Super clean, new renovated room, great size shower & bathroom. The beds were actually some of the most comfy beds. Great experience 10 out of 10 for me and my wife. 15 minute walk from the Vatican really great spot.

We had a wonderful time on this property. It was beautiful and clean and everything that we needed. It had air conditioning which was key because Rome was very hot the days that we were there. We loved our stay at this hotel highly recommended.

Great location with amazing local dinning options and grocery stores only 5 min walking distance. Also only about 17 min walking from the Vatican and shopping streets. The Kitchen is shared and they only have an Italian coffee maker which ended up not working out for us. But other than that Donatella was amazing and helped us with everything that we needed! Highly recommend!

All and all were great the fact that Kate and Donatella were so caring and helpful till last moment that I needed a taxi was very assuring and supportive. Greate big thanks to all and everyone and Happy New Year for I had the greatest time of my life in this pilgrimage and without Kate it would've been impossible to make it in such a high level!!!

This is in a great location where it was quiet and safe. Room was cleaned everyday. Check in process was a breeze. Owner was easy to talk to via WhatsApp. Would stay here again.

Good price for basic accommodation. 1 queen and 2 twin bess were perfect for me, hubby and 2 teenage boys. Beds were ok. Bathroom was ok too, just need to fix the toilet paper holder that kept dropping on the floor. The room might need to get switched over to keyless entry instead of old fashioned key for better security.
