Beautiful hotel, lovely customer service, great restaurant- 20 minutes Uber car ride to city centre. Hotel offers a shuttle service to the city centre for 8 euros. Everything about this hotel was great. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing hotel

This hotel has it all it was excellent, location to the airport and to all the attractions and activities that Rome has to offer. This was in the heart of it. All the hotel was very clean very modern. I would say the only downside was the light switches can be a bit tricky, but hey, it can be figured out.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Carco Romo. We were heading out on a cruise the next morning. They were very helpful in arranging transportation to our Colosseum tour into the city. The next morning breakfast was available and with great variety at the restaurant downstairs. We would recommend this hotel while visiting Rome.

We used this hotel as a launching pad for our daily Rome trips. Front desk was very patient and helpful rooms very clean and the nearly hourly shuttle to Rome was on time and outstanding. We arranged private transportation to and from the airport and it was arranged and communicated clearly and promptly. We chose this resort to be away from the downtown hustle so we could relax nightly and were not disappointed. The gym equipment was plentiful new and large name gym quality. We ate the breakfast daily we recommend it since no place is within walking distance and ate twice in the dining room. Daily breakfast was a buffet and the nightly dinners were from a standard menu but both were good. You won’t regret staying here

I will definitely come back here. The hotel is new, clean and has amazing staff. The only issue is that it is far from the main tourist areas but that’s reflected in the price so taking a taxi to the main areas is definitely worth it. The restaurant is also great. We got here pretty late and they served us amazing food and gelato.

This is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the restaurant. Food choices were excellent and service was outstanding. The only negative happened at the registration desk. We were supposed to get our room ready at 3 PM (after arriving at 11 AM from an 8-hour flight), and it was almost 3:30 PM without a room, not even after claiming my Bonvoy status. The attitude of the person at the front desk was very rude and impolite. Fortunately, the supervisor was there and solved it with a last-minute room "upgrade". We'll be back, but hopefully we will find a room ready on arrival or maybe the same supervisor close to reception.
