The hotel Is conveniently located and my room was clean and loved the breakfast. However according to Expedia I was supposed to receive an upgrade which I did not get had and an 11 euros voucher to utilise at the bar. I did not get any of this and this is now the what usually happens. Expedia perks are never honoured and I am really disappointed because of this

Room was good, Breakfast was ok not a lot of options for hot food. Hotel was advertised as having air conditioning but the room only had heating. I asked the reception and they told me the air con was turned off due to the season and the room was very hot.
