"Good-sized room and bathroom, very clean, comfortable, large bed. Breakfast buffet was great value for money and had a good selection. The hotel is far from the centre and 15 to 20 minutes by cab to the airport. The solarium (roof) wasn't open during my stay. It's in an industrial area and about 10-15 minutes walk to a strip mall which has a supermarket and a selection of mall type eateries (McDonald's and similar). Two things struck me as strange, it's a 4 star hotel with no food available at lunch and the bar opens at 5pm so during the day you have to leave to find something to eat. You could walk to the mall, but the selection of places to eat lacks quality. The second thing is that if you don't have a car everything is an expensive Uber or Taxi away. Central Bergamo was 40 euros (station to hotel), the local small town was 20 euros, and the airport transfer (which you have to pay for) is 30 euros. If I had known there was nothing around the hotel I would have stayed in central Bergamo and taken a taxi or bus from there to the airport. I did see someone getting food delivered via an app to the hotel so there is always that option. It has the feel of a business hotel on the whole. Staff were very pleasant. "
