"Beautiful and comfortable house for a family. Great feel about the place."

"I was not able to connect to the internet. There was building next door that disturbed me a couple of mornings. House is lovely with everything you need and very comfortable. Really enjoyed my stay"

"Fabulous. We were a group of 6 (2 kids, 2 adults, 2 older adults) and the 3 rooms each with a queen bed suited us well. Plenty of space, cupboard full of board games, the little sun room was warm even in winter. I also love accommodation that not only provides tea, coffee and sugar but the other essentials you need if cooking so you don't have to buy that each time - cling wrap, alfoil, cooking spray, etc. It's so thoughtful and gives it the extra touch. Only suggested improvement is more...

"Rooms were very clean and suitable for our party of 6. The house was very good with plenty of lounge space and also large bedrooms so we could have some time on our own. We were a party of 6 people attending the state titles of lawn bowls and the property was very convenient to all 3 bowling clubs hosting the event."

"Great shot to stay and nice neighbourhood"

"Perfect family holiday house. Spacious kitchen, dining and lounge rooms. Suitable for up to 2 families hoping to get away for a week in Dubbo."

"House was great. Recommend "

"All of us enjoyed the stay in the house and kids enjoyed the swimming pool to the fullest. All the rooms were big and neatly maintained. The living area is big to spend great time together as family and friends. Dubbo zoo and observatory are just 10 to 12 mins drive and all the shops like coles and woollies are nearby. It was a great experience and we enjoyed every aspect of the house and stay. "

"Modern, super clean and accessible property. Safe, and secure, and the host is superb. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes to the zoo"
