"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

"The apartment was well equipped with every thing you needed .The sun terrace was a real bonus for meals alfresco and sun bathing . Boulangerie , Lidel and beach all with in walking distance and a 10min walk into Granville. The owner Mme Helaine was a really lovely lady who spoke good English . We would highly recommend this property for a great holiday."

"A pleasant apartment, but some attention to detail would help. 'Linens' are included - but when it came to towels, just one bath towel, and a few small towels....a lot of bedding - but nothing matching, several duvets and pillows- all taking up most of the space in the wardrobe. It would have been useful to have an info sheet to know where rubbish should be left - and some recommended restaurants. No wifi! And the steep hill to town centre or to the promenade may not suit all. Having said all...

"The gite was as expected from the description, pleasant, clean with everything you needed, well situated near all amenities , not far from the port. A very nice flat on the ground floor which was a bonus. The only drawback was the parking. There are apparently 5 spaces in the courtyard but not allocated. No reply received to 4 messages sent to the owner over a 4 week period until the day before we arrived. 2. Only 1/4 of a toilet roll provided. 3. We had to make up the bed. 4.
