Not a friendly and inviting hotel,spa closed,wasp nest by pool side,not kids friendly or catered for. We had to eat out 2 nights because food was not acceptable and closed on a Saturday night . Less toiletries knowing you had 3 guest in a room but provided 1bath wash, why?? Wine selections not very good or nice

Very friendly and inviting staff. Restaurant wasn’t open but we were given an excellent recommendation for an Osteria in town. The room is a bit dated and the pillows are quite hard but everything was very clean and comfortable. We were here in the winter and it was very peaceful outside with the sounds of the stream and beautiful songs of the various birds.

Excellent séjour en famille, personnel très sympathique. Cadre superbe avec grande piscine. Chambre confortable bien équipée, spacieuse et très propre. Petit déjeuner en terrasse avec beaucoup de choix.

Premier contact peu convivial pour un tel resort. Personnel transparent. C'est par nous mêmes que nous avons trouvé la piscine. Après avoir réservé en terrasse à notre arrivée à 16h le restaurant du soir, en arrivant le soir il n'y avait plus de place dehors. Résultat 4 km pour aller manger dans un excellent restaurant du village ( il y en a plusieurs) place de la République. Le lendemain pour demander 2 serviettes c'est le bien agréable barman qui doit gérer ma demande. Au Petit déjeuner le Café filtre est unbuvable et les produits proposés sont médiocres. Bref Pontremoli est superbe et se cherche son ressort.

Dejligt ophold uden for sæsonen Smukt område med god mulighed for gåture. Restaurant ca del Moro var overvurderet og for dyrt i forhold til kvalitet. Morgenmad var OK men ikke prangende.

Toller schöner Aufenthalt

Alles in Allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Anlage,das Hotel und Zimmer alles sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool ausreichend groß in schöner Umgebung. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Den Spa Bereich konnten wir aufgrund der Covid Beschränkungen nicht nutzen.

L'exterieur de l'hotel est top. Petite centre historique à voir a coté interressant pour quelques heures. petit golf autour et endroit tres calme. on avait la piscine que pour nous en plein mois d'aout. Gros bemol, pas de climatisation dans les chanmbres et piscine non chauffée (ou chauffé avec des glacons!) Il y a 2 modes de restaurations, un menu unique ou un restaurant à la carte. Je vous recommande le menu unique ou la nourriture est exceptionnelle le soir. Le petit dej correct mais sans plus : ne soyez pas retardataire car il n'y aura plus de croissant et ils vous en refont pas ! Le personnel etait tres gentil meme si il y avait clairement une erreur sur expedia sur la chambre qui m'a été fournie soit disant avec un balcon/terrasse mais en fait ma chambre triple n'en avait pas... Je n'ai rien dit mais faite attention car c'est limite : un peu comme le spa....qui n'est pas ouvert.... En dehors de cela, je recommande cet hotel ou nous nous sommes reposé paisiblement. à 35mn des cinques terres et de la mer. Le cadre est agreable et le personnel sympathique.
