"Staff was rude. Didn’t get a two queen bed like reserved, had 4 people in a one king bedroom. Wasn’t offered any compensation or even apology. Had to make a bed on the floor and was given 3 sheets to use, that’s it! Horrible service."

"The staff was terrible no welcome smile or hello. The breakfast was poor could of had eggs and sausage plus a little more. The hot had a cold hose running on it the jets did not work the rooms door handle almost came off in my hand had to call maintenance to fix it. The beds were hard and room was small could of been a better price for the poor service"

"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."
