"The check-in process was quick and easy and he was very friendly however, when I got in my room, the TV didn’t work, later that evening I realized there were no towels in the room, except for a single hand towel by the sink when I asked the front desk person for some towels. I was informed that he was unable to get them and I had to wait for housekeeping however, when I asked in the morning, once housekeeping had arrived, the front desk person showed me where the towels had been the night before and said housekeeping has them all you have to go track them down meaning the man just didn’t feel like getting up to get me a towel from 7 feet away from where he was sitting… "

"room was crowded with furniture! broken lamp"

"Do not stay at this property!!!!! The pool does not work. It is next to a nasty abandoned hotel and a rocks throw from a busy interstate. The staff is extremely rude. The breakfast was disgusting. Hard bagels and sour cream cheese. I was woke up both nights i stayed by yelling and cussing in the hallway. Zero hot water for showers. "

"This was a great location for us and our dogs. The park was very convenient!"

"Kitchen was kind of cool dated from the 50's. Bath had some mold around the rim and paint was peeling. It was cold at night even with heater working. (30 outside) Was woken up by someone looking for the back place at 11 at night so numbering of units could be better. Should have a picutre or two added of dining area. It was a nice surprise to see that extra room."

"This is not the lodge you should be booking. It's heating was not functional. They told it is dysfunctional since morning only but actually its heating was not working since last 25 days. I took the pictures with my phone camera, and I want to upload. The curtains were damaged/broken. The room lamp light covering has burnt areas. It is a total disaster "

"Convenient and a matching stay for me"

"The host was not reachable until the 4 pm check in time, at which point she provided an entry code. This is a modest house with modest accommodations. The kitchen had a smattering of dishes, pots and utensils. No dishwasher. Sleeping accommodations were fine and the neighborhood is quiet. The best thing about the house is its location: easy access to the freeway and relatively short distance to the exit for Cottonwood Canyon ski areas."
