"The staff was nice but the room was so dirty and reeked of cigarettes"

"The staff was terrible no welcome smile or hello. The breakfast was poor could of had eggs and sausage plus a little more. The hot had a cold hose running on it the jets did not work the rooms door handle almost came off in my hand had to call maintenance to fix it. The beds were hard and room was small could of been a better price for the poor service"

"The hot tub has been broken down for a long time according to the front desk staff. The hot tub was the reason that property was picked above others. The buttons in my heater/air conditioner were all ripped off so I had to push random "buttons" to try to get it turned on and to the correct mode and temperature. Breakfast was an absolute joke. No juices, no eggs, no meats, etc. Never staying there again."

"I usually love it here but this time when I get there for a reservation at 3pm and I didn't get into my room until 5pm as they didnt have the rooms ready yet. Makes no sense as check out is 11am and you don't have the rooms ready till 5pm?"

"There is no coffee maker in the room you must go to kitchen and both beds feel like you sink to the bottom Shower is a plus, great water pressure and it’s good for tall people Breakfast was decent but no waffle maker "
