"We go here often on the weekends as just a quick getaway to relax and get out the house. The new tv wasn’t programmed properly when we arrived. Maintenance fixed it quickly but it should have been checked prior to our arrival. We’ve stay here many times and the water temperature and pressure was horrible. Good thing we only wanted a shower. And the temperature was a joke! The hot water didn’t last long enough for even one person to shower in only a few minutes! I’m talking like 5 minutes max and cold water was all that came out! At this point just decided to go home!"

"This was my second time staying at the Park Inn by Radisson in Murray, UT (South Salt Lake City), and both visits had similar issues. During my first stay in October 2025, my door key card became inactive the day before checkout. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again on April 15, 2026, during my second visit. While the furniture in the room was acceptable, it showed significant signs of wear. I found one staff member at the front desk to be very helpful, but another staff member was difficult to understand and not very courteous. Considering these experiences, I will be looking for another hotel for my next trip to Salt Lake City."

"Great room for quick overnight in SLC. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Would recommend."

"The home is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! "

"Great option for budget, private stay. However, the bed listing was misleading as the photo for the third bed was a queen bed with a headboard and frame while the actual bed was the convertible sofa, for which there weren’t even linens. Also keep in mind that this listing is for a basement apartment and the ground floor is also a rental. The controls for the heat and air conditioning are in the upstairs unit. "

"We had a good amount of space. Beds were comfortable. Having a washer and dryer is always convenient. The property is a great location. I would have appreciated a top sheet on the beds. The bathtub hadn’t been wiped clean because there was lots of lint on the top edges and there were crumbs left in the fridge. Overall had a good experience!"

"Hot tub not open. People yelling in next room at 3am. Manager in hall couldn't stop them. 4am still noisy so got up to take a shower. Hot water only got luke warm. Decided to leave so had breakfast but milk in cereal was curdled and sour. Nothing was acceptable."
