"We were supposed to arrive mid to late afternoon but flight delays caused major problems and we finally arrived around 2 AM the next morning. We went to enter the property and our host was there to make sure we did not have any problems getting in. That is customer service!The place was great, I would stay there again. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this rental, which felt much more like a home than a rental.Plus, easy and efficient communication with the friendly manager."
