"Has no pool or spa…when asked about the listing saying it did the hotel staff simply said they don’t. Only 2 towels when 4 people in a double queen room…towels ripped and worn Breakfast was not maintained and no staff around…juice was out, waffle mix empty, no butter just a couple piece of white toast."

"Place was beautiful and perfect for the location proximity to friends in Provo, Salt Lake City and Park City. Large open space for common areas. Would recommend a different cleaning agent as the lingering scent triggered a reaction so I must need to ask for that going forward. Water pressure for showing was awesome and we enjoyed how quickly it heated up. Somewhat noisy with family living directly above the mother in law space and we could hear the calling and talking above us. We were not there much so wasn’t an issue overall. Beds were comfortable and generally a great place to stay. "

"We had stayed here the year before and it was great. This year there was a mix up and they didn’t have the place cleaned before we arrived. I had a print out of the reservation so I know I was right. The host thought we were coming in the next day. The host did refund us the money for that day but it was annoying that we had to clean as best we could as she sent over the cleaners but we couldn’t accommodate them."

"This room was in the attic of a house, so for tall people it was a bit of a struggle, especially in the restroom. My son is 6 foot tall/180 pounds and had to squat down to wash his hair because of where the shower head was in comparison. They were there for just 2 nights so it wasn't a huge deal for them but had it been a longer trip that would have been a factor. The room was clean, the host was kind and prompt with messages, easy to get to the house. They were close to the NASP competition and the area had lots of food options."
