"Wish I could leave more pic's ck in & out staff was just fine only 1 elevator for the whole hotel in our room 3rd floor 2 screens were missing on 2 different windows, one of the drawers for clothes was dented/cracked windows was janky a/c unit dirty and possible had mold mosquitoes got in and were all on a good portion of the shower/tub and ceiling at the sink and ceiling shower 100% slippery carpet boarder has stains at night you hear the frwy as if windows are open, this was overpriced should be a $60-70 room"

"Room had no shampoo, soap, no lotion, no extra toilet paper, bathroom trash can has food and other devices in the can. There was hair all over the bathroom. The tub wasn't clean. The floor didn't even seem to even be cleaned. The walls has stuff like old food or some sort of dirt and debris on them very visible! When we went and asked for some more toilet paper the front desk lady said okay and the went back to counting change and ignored us so we had to ask again and she said oh you need it now. Very poor service. We also only got one towel in the room. Sheetes had stains on them.!!!"

"My room was not clean when I arrived, dirty sheets and a dirty bathroom. I asked them to come clean and they only changed the sheets. I had to request two more cleanings for the bathroom. I will not stay here again. "

"We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had some splatter into the wall. I was very dissaponted about this Marriot facility, usually Marriot hotels are great but this one was rather dissaponted. The breakfast area was very cramp and crowed, very little seating areas. The pool and hot tub are very dirty. The staff were really nice and tried to help, but everything seem very disorganized. The next morning they didn't have any pool towels and when we ask for blankets we had to wait a while to get clean ones. The beds are comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were really close to the freeway so that was good."
