"The property was dirty from the moment we walked in. I checked the pictures online trying to get a descent place for my little ones and I to stay for the weekend. On the pictures it looked nice but it was far from it. Carpet seemed like it hadn’t been vacuumed, bed had crumbs and stains, curtains were dirty with what seemed like food stains. We were switched to another room but not much of a difference. It smelled so dirty I tried opening the windows to help it air it out but I just couldn’t get myself to have my little ones sleep in such a dirty place. When walking to the lobby you can see the base boards filthy, the sofa chairs disgustingly dirty. Quite literally everywhere you turn it’s dirty. When I asked if we can get a refund the receptionist said she would have to call her manager. She pretended to call and said there was no response. Our check in date was supposed to be 5/29 and as of now I still haven’t gotten a refund from them. IF YOU WANT A CLEAN SPACE TO SLEEP, THIS IS NOT IT!"

"Room was clean. Bed comfy. A/C system was quiet and worked great. Even though hotel is next to I-15, room was quiet. I lowered staff rating, because he made an effort to make sure we knew we were getting lower quality service because we used Travelocity to get a lower room rate. All customers should be treated equal regardless of using app to get discounted rates."

"The place was decent for the price, but it was LAUGHABLE to say they had WiFi. My boyfriend (who works in IT) said it measured at such a low speed that he didn’t even know which service provider could/would have been able to provide such slow internet. Also, they turned off the magnetization of our room keys over an hour before check out time."
