The Space: Modern two bedroom apartment situated on the 5th floor with views over the marina. Part of the prestigious Dolphin Quay's development on Poole Quay and 10 minutes walk into the town with all its facilities. The property benefits from a small balcony with access from both the lounge and second bedroom.
Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area with doors to the balcony with views of the harbour. Good quality furnishing and comprehensively equipped throughout. Master Bedroom ( (6ft superkingsize double) with ensuite (bath and separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (4ft 6ins standard double). Family bathroom (bath with shower over).
Parking - One reserved parking space in the development's own secure car park (max height 2m / 6ft 6ins).
Services - Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Gas central heating. Hairdryers.
Technology - WIFI. Flat screen TV, DVD player.

If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
