"The owner was incredibly helpful and we valued his knowledge of the surrounding area/facilities-he was also available if required. Great to have parking and a short walk to Sandbanks beach and Ferry to Shell Island-glorious!! Our dog was in heaven!! Spacious property with everything we needed. I could have lived there forever! Highly recommend this property for an excellent base to explore Bournemouth and Poole-we had a truly perfect holiday even though the weather was...VERY British!!"

"Overall it was an amazing place it was clean and tidy everything was as advertised. There was a couple things that could do with improvement such as the shower and the wifi and tv’s in the bedrooms. But overall a nice place will be coming back for sure."

"Lovely flat equipped with all you need in a very nice location. Parking space is small so if you've got a larger vehicle it will be tight. Not a big issue though as there's plenty of on road parking available a short walk up the road. Recommended"

"We really enjoyed our weekend at this lovely flat. It was beautifully decorated, with really comfy beds! The host had left us milk and fresh coffee, and some cake as she knew it was my husbands birthday. It is only 5 minutes walk from 2 really good restaurants, and there is a deli and bakery too which were excellent. The beach is 5 minutes walk away, the coast is beautiful. I would definitely recommend, we would stay again if we were in the area."

"What a lovely apartment in an incredible location. We spent 3 nights at the Beach Retreat for our wedding anniversary. The location is so central. We enjoyed coffee and a bacon sandwich at the coffee shop on the little High street just around the corner and a wonderful meal at The Cliff pub which is a minutes walk away. We ventured into Sandbanks to try out Rick Steins restaurant which didn’t disappoint. Stunning views, service and food! A lovely treat. We both thoroughly recommend booking this...

"The location is right over the road from one of the beaches of Sandbanks, but a part of it that’s not near the busy tourist bit so it’s nice and relaxed. The apartment was easy to check into, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. The host has been very efficient at communication and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!"

"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs.
