Parking - One allocated, off-road parking space (Number plate to be supplied by guest at least 48 hours prior to arrival).

Technology - Large LG smart 8K TV in the living room connected to a Sonos Beam sound bar and with two rear Sonos One’s to provide surround sound. Smart TV in the Master Bedroom. WIFI.

Restrictions - No smoking. No pets.

Same day bookings can be accepted if received before to 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when our office closes. Arrivals out of office hours can be organised if requests are received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays).



Kindly note – Dibbens operates an automatic car registration recognition system. It is imperative that you please provide car registration details to Quay Holidays in advance of arriving. Failure to do so is likely to result in a ticket being issued for which we cannot be responsible.

POOLE QUAY - Poole Quay is an exciting, ever-changing blend of maritime activity and a focal point for a wide range of entertainment and leisure pursuits. Pleasure craft offer trips direct from the Quay to Brownsea Island , Sandbanks and beyond, whilst anglers can book fishing trips at the Fisherman`s Quay . If you simply want to promenade along the waterfront past the visitors` marina and have a meal and a drink, then the Quayside and Old Town areas are packed with excellent restaurants, pubs and winebars offering huge variety and choice. From the Quay, shoppers can stroll up the pedestrianized High Street, with its wide range of retail outlets and facilities. Safe Blue Flag sandy beaches at Sandbanks, Branksome and Alum Chines are just 15 minutes away by car and the natural beauty of The New Forest is approximately 30 minutes distance away. A short trip on the Sandbanks chain ferry offers the option of even more beautiful beaches skirted by sand dunes and walks in the National Trust protected Purbeck Hills.
