"Just back from 3 night break and was surprised at how quiet the hotel was well away from any noise of roads. Room was fine and had aircon and very good wifi included. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and refreshed regularly so never ran out of anything, only scrambled eggs no fried etc but that’s a minor issue. Parking bit steep at £10 for 24 hours. Fairly short walk into main front area of Poole for shops boat trips restaurants etc. Bit tricky to find way in and out of hotel on road system but fine once mastered"

"Great staff and great location. Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Breakfast is cooked to order and there is a continental choice as well. The restaurant for lunch and evening meals is busy and the food is good."

"Great location, an easy stroll into Poole and great local restaurants and bars, loved reading upstairs and watching the boats sail past, so relaxing. Lovely welcome hamper, and enjoyed the tea and cookies in the garden, just great. had an issue with fining the thermostat, but Andy was straight on it and let us know. Parking is a huge plus too. "

"The house was immaculate having been newly renovated with everything we needed as well as thoughtful extras like locally sourced toiletries. The location of the house suited our needs. There is no parking allocated but we did not struggle to find parking a short walk away for which a permit was provided. Great access to local park and restaurants and short, easy drive to the coast. As a family of 5 we would have benefited from twin beds in one of the rooms, but it was not major issue. "

"The flat was nice and modern. It was relatively clean. The bedrooms were a tight squeeze so quite impractical for people who require more space. The kitchen included everything one could need during their stay and was well kept. The showers had good pressure and were also well maintained. Overall a great experience and good location not far from anywhere you'd want to go."

"We stayed at this accommodation for several days and had a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. While the cleanliness could have been a little more detailed, it did not significantly affect our time there. Additionally, some of the kitchen items—especially the knives—were a bit difficult to use, which made food preparation less convenient.That said, the location was excellent, the rooms were spacious, and the property comfortably accommodated our group of nine. Because of these positives, we would be happy to consider staying here again in the future."
